Sculptor Overview

Llew Summers

One of Christchurch's most visible artists, Llew Summers' sculptures celebrate the human form as a universal expression of beauty and spirituality. His works, primarily figurative, range in size from monumental concrete sculptures over two metres in height to small scale sketches in clay. Summers works in a variety of media: wood, concrete, clay, marble, bronze, stone and, most recently, cast glass.
