Wayne Seyb
Wayne Seyb's landscape paintings record the colours and light observed in the natural environment. His thickly-applied, gestural brushwork recalls the rhythm of sea and sky, and the texture of landforms and foliage. Born in Temuka and resident in Christchurch, the South Island is a constant source of inspiration for Seyb, who was a recent participant on the
'On Board' Creative Wilderness Residency in Fiordland.
